- The customer selects from available options for shipping, which are displayed according to your location, where such options are available. These may include a flat rate, registered airmail, EMS express, or DHL and for some locations and products or order quantities, free delivery may be available. In each case, options are selectable when relevant. Unlike many other online shops, we aim to give you the actual cost of shipping depending upon product weight and destination, and have a complex software system in place to calculate charges correctly. Depending upon shipping methods available or selected, delivery may take from a day to a month, typically registered airmail delivery times from time of order are 7-14 days. Upon placing an order, you will receive emails updating you about your order status, so please supply a correct and working email. Free web emails such as Hotmail and Yahoo are less reliable, in such cases be sure to check also your junk mail folders. Additionally you can log in at Mathaba.Com and check status of your orders, if you register a free account, this is however your at your optional choice.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Mathaba.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection. To speed up pages on the store, the SSL kicks in only when you proceed to make payment for items in your checkout. You can however go to SSL secure mode on any shop product page if you wish, by placing https in front of the web address instead of http. You can verify the integrity of our COMODO SSL Security Certificate by doing so. For efficiency reasons it will revert to standard mode when clicking any link, unless in the payment area. Credit Card payments are handled by PayPal which also uses high grade SSL encryption to ensure your payment details are protected. - Returns & Replacements
- Guarantee: All items sold are brand new and tested. If for any reason within 30 days of receiving your product you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the entire product for refund or replacement. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us within 7 days from the date you receive the product. Later than 7 days the item cannot be accepted for return. If the order is defective we will send replacement to you and no additional charge. If the order is not found to be defective we will refund the product cost to you only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc. Software sales are not refundable. Warranty: We offer free repairing service within 1 year of purchase. For the first 3 months of purchase, we will pay one way shipping cost from our depots to your location for items returned at your cost for repairs. After 3 months of purchase, the buyer will need to pay 2 ways of shipping cost. Some products have additional warranties as stated on the product page where relevant.
